The Skywalk Spittelau provides a direct and comfortable walkway and bicycle road between the street Guneschgasse and the U4/U6 underground station Spittelau. The 4.5 metre high footbridge, bicycle road and walkway leads 11 metres above the street Heiligenstädterstraße from one city district to the next.
The glass construction makes the bridge bright and attractive. Fully covered it offers optimum comfort whatever the weather conditions might be. This connection is 125 m long. 10.5 m lead through the the pillars of the walls of the old city train. An elevator connects the footbridge with the Heiligenstädter street and provides a possibility to reach the D-wagon or the office building Skyline.
