Peter Preindl, responsible MD at ALPINE Bau GmbH, explains that the “3 Towers” will be the highest residential buildings in all of Slovakia and bring American flair to Bratislava with their innovative design. ALPINE will construct the first two towers in cooperation with the Slovakian company Chemkostav and complete it by autumn 2008 in only two years. The third tower will be handed over in spring 2009.
The “3 Towers” will add a modern component to the skyline of Bratislava. ALPINE- Project Manager Tomá Pull points out: “We will build residential buildings with all-inclusive service as it is quite common in America.” ALPINE won this prestigious project over five other competitors, each of which is among the top 10 companies on the Slovakian market. The “3 Towers” will be constructed near the Bratislava main station. Each will have 25 floors, one of which is an underground floor. Each tower will have businesses, restaurants and providers of local services located in its ground floor. Another floor level will house a fitness centre and storage space for residents. A spacious car part will be created on four floors, providing every apartment with a car park. 3 x 211 apartments with a useful space between 40 to 220 m² will be distributed on 19 floors. The total useful space of the “3 Towers“ will add up to just about 70,000 m². In sink with its modern architecture the facade will be made of aluminium and ceramics.
