Our offer
Our CEE/SEE country trainee programme prepares you for your position in an international construction firm. It is an intensive 18 month long training programme that provides selected trainees with practical and theoretical training in the most important areas of a construction business. The trainee programme offers mobility and variety, since the types of assignments may take place at several work sites and departments in different countries. Over 18 months, participants attend training sessions covering the most important construction management topics. At the end of the programme, you will be a valuable key player with international expertise and experience for ALPINE in your home country.

We are looking for…
Candidates who are recent graduates from technical university or university of applied sciences with majoring in civil engineering. Candidates who speak fluent English, German and a CEE/SEE language. People interested in international positions who are willing to move around Europe and to apply ALPINE’s expertise. If this describes you, then you are the right candidate for the trainee programme.

Time frame
The programme begins each autumn. Applications should be received by the end of May.
