Our offer
ALPINE has been part of the FCC conglomerate since 2006. To enhance the technical and personal exchange between the countries, we offer construction engineers who have a solid knowledge of Spanish and German the opportunity to participate in an exchange programme with the FCC Construcción in Spain. Over 18 months, candidates will get to know the operational part of the construction business from the ground up. You will work on selected work sites in different capacities and will be specifically prepared for construction and project manager assignments in the training programmes. You will have the opportunity to build a network within our Spanish parent company, thus effectively reinforcing cooperation between ALPINE and FCC. Upon completion of the programme in Spain, you will work in Austria or on an international project for ALPINE.

We are looking for…
Candidates who are recent technical university or university of applied sciences graduates and have an excellent command of Spanish, German and English. Candidates who are interested in a career with ALPINE and who are also mobile and willing to live and work in Spain for 18 months. 

Time frame
The programme takes place biannually. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
