The apprenticeship takes 3 years for all occupations. The education takes place in ALPINE, in vocational school and – depending on profession – in the respective academy for construction professions. This way, a broad, well-grounded and high class vocational education is granted.
In ALPINE, apprentices are in good hands from beginning on – from their first day on they are seen as fully fledged team members and team spirit is a priority. Instructors are examined as well and they develop their knowledge continuously in seminars.
ALPINE supports employees during their apprenticeship and provides possibilities for them to prove their knowledge at Austrian or international competitions. Outstanding performance and an excellent or good graduation from the apprenticeship are rewarded with bonuses. By passing the vocational school leaving certificate apprentices have the possibility to combine the apprenticeship with a school leaving examination. After completing the apprenticeship various opportunities for development are provided
