Projects in more than 30 countries
Demanding projects in a quickly changing environment and challenging external factors require a high degree of flexibility.

An innovative approach and a flexible structure are a must to meet highly differentiated demands at an international level. To efficiently handle contracts within existing constraints a foundation is created depending on market situation and length of a project. As part of this process medium-term expansion strategies are tested and developed.

Country markets
The responsible departments at the group’s headquarters in Salzburg control and coordinate all technical and economical aspects of construction projects outside Austria. Division managers are operationally responsible for the various countries.
