Building Construction East
The branch office Building Construction East covers all areas of structural engineering, e.g. business and industrial buildings, office and administrative buildings, residential buildings, any other type of structural engineering and adaptations. It’s area of operation covers the federal states Vienna, Lower Austria and the northern part of Burgenland. Branch offices are kept at important locations:

Civil Engineering Works East
Civil Engineering Works East covers all types of concrete construction. In particular this covers constructions of underground railways, power stations, bridges (with the exception of very large bridges), underground car parks and hydraulic engineering. Its focus is on infra structure. Large-scale infra structure projects can be handled in full when integrated with our department for road construction.

Road Construction East
The branch office Road Construction East covers the construction of road surfaces, outside facilities, utility lines, waste disposal technology and demolition work. The range of constructions performed is very broad and covers the smallest tasks concerning rural roads, turnkey construction of highways and the construction of airfields and runways for airports.

Branch Office Upper Austria
The seat of this branch is the city of Linz with subsidiaries in the cities of Amstetten, Steyr and Taufkirchen. It covers the construction of buildings, general contractor work, acting as property developer and the construction of bridges, industrial buildings, roads, canalisation and reinforcements. Additionally, asphalt mixing plants are being operated in the cities of Linz, Lambrechten in the Inn District (Innviertel) and Greinsfurth near the city Amstetten.

Branch Office Carinthia
Building construction as well as industrial and residential building construction as covered in the federal state of Carinthia. Constructive engineering covers mostly the construction of bridges, roads and canalisation. The main office is located in the city of Klagenfurt. Additional field offices are located in the city of Spittal at the river Drau and the cities of Völkermarkt and Linz (foundation engineering). Asphalt mixing plants are being operated in the cities of Dürnfeld, Podlanig and Nörsach.

Branch Office Salzburg
This branch office provides all services of building construction and foundation engineering (including the construction of roads, bridges, canalisation and sports facilities) for the federal state of Salzburg. It takes on any general-contractor function in any field of industrial or business construction, in the modernisation of buildings and in the construction of sports facilities etc. Building construction cover any tasks of a builder and covers modernisation and industrial buildings. Asphalt mixing plants are being operated in the cities of Hollersbach and Sulzau.

Branch Office Styria
The branch office in Styria covers everything function, from planning to execution, in every branch of construction (general, industrial or residential buildings, power stations, bridges, roads, pavings, cable and channel construction, renovation and modernization). It also acts as a general contractor for turnkey projects. This branch office is responsible for the Klöcher Baugesellschaft m.b.H.(road construction) and Konrad Beyer & Co. Spezialbau GmbH (construction of utility lines across Austria). This branch is an accredited testing and supervisory organization and operates a laboratory for concrete technology and soil testing. Asphalt mixing plants are being operated in the cities of Feldbach, Fisching, Leibnitz, Tauchental, Tiefenbach and Weitendorf.

Branch Office Tyrol
This branch office covers northern and eastern part of the federal state Tyrol and all of the federal state of Vorarlberg. The Tyrol branch has its seat in the city of Kematen with two more field offices in the cities of Landeck and Lienz. Its main areas of operation are the construction of buildings and civil, underground and foundation engineering (foundation work, constructions on stilts and special constructions – by the company FST Tirol). This includes working in extreme environments at times. No size is too small or too large, be it a family home or the soccer stadium “Tivoli” in the city of Innsbruck or different types of power stations or infra structures. Asphalt mixing plants are being operated in the cities of Fritzens and Zams. We are particularly proud of annually receiving the “Excellent Training Company for Apprentices in Tyrol” award. It operates another field office:

Branch Office UNIVERSALE Tyrol
The branch office UNIVERSALE in Tyrol was founded in 1950. The branch was originally located in the east of Tyrol to accommodate various power station construction projects. In 1960 its seat has been relocated to the city of Innsbruck as part of various cooperative projects in conjunction with the Brenner Highway. UNIVERSALE was subsequently reorganized. Every extensive contract section concerning foundation engineering, tunnelling and road construction was subsequently handled centrally in Vienna. Since then (1968) the Tyrol branch is mainly concerned with building construction.

Every branch is certified according to ÖNORM EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
