The high standards which we set ourselves in terms of quality, defects and durability, we also demand of our subcontractors and suppliers. ALPINE has been ISO 9001-certified since 1997. In 2008, this quality management system was augmented by an environmental management system compliant with ISO 14001 and a work safety management system as defined by OHSAS 18001. This integrated management system was firmly embedded in numerous ALPINE locations throughout central and eastern Europe in 2009, a process which will continue on into 2012 and 2013.

Focusing on management systems designed for large-scale projects
Project-related management systems are needed for large-scale projects that span different industries and projects of an international nature. Such systems are limited to the duration of the project, and are independent of any particular type of certification. They are drawn up by interdisciplinary teams in the preparatory phase of the project. Project-related management systems have been used successfully in almost all of our large-scale projects.
