Safety at work
Safety of employees, particularly safety at work at a construction site, is of particular importance to the company.  Since 2008, the work-safety management system OHSAS 18001 is applied and further developed in Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania. A team of safety experts and medical experts cover any aspects in this area.

Training and information
There is group wide and tailor-made training in matters of safety at work. Individual safety measures are developed through continuing education and exchange of experiences made by safety experts and occupational medical experts, though ongoing information of employees and through regular and comprehensive safety audits.

Healthy living
ALPINE supports its employees in various efforts to promote their health including regular check-ups and by covering costs for immunisation. Additional measures beyond legal minimum requirements are continuously being investigated and rapidly implemented in coordination with top management.
