With annual sales of approx. EUR 50 million, this acquisition will allow us to double our previous volume in foundation engineering. Six branches in Germany – Munich, Berlin, Hannover, Langenfeld, Chemnitz and Colbitz, two in the Czech Republic – Prague and Olmütz, two in Poland – Warsaw and Cracow, as well as one in Amsterdam/the Netherlands, will significantly expand our regional presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
The former managing director of Stump Spezialtiefbau, Dieter Klempt, the managing director of Universale GSB, Ronald Bruckner and our commercial branch manager, Josef Husar will be jointly responsible for the management of Stump Spezialtiefbau. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Peter Preindl will retain the overall responsibility for the foundation engineering sector within the group.
We will pursue a three-brand course in relation to regions and principals in the foundation engineering sector with Grund-, Pfahl- und Sonderbau, Universale GSB and Stump Spezialtiefbau.
